Rules and Regulations
The following are the general rules for the students:
- It is compulsory for every student to wear uniform to the college. The uniform for summers is white salwar kameez and dupatta while for winters it is white salwar kameez and maroon sweater. On Thursdays it is up to the student to wear uniform. After the admission, wearing uniform is compulsory from August 10, otherwise disciplinary action will be taken.
- No student is allowed to wear jeans and top to the college. Mobile phones are also prohibited.
- It is mandatory for every student to be at the prayer hall during prayers. It is also mandatory for students to ensure 75 per cent attendance in every subject to be able to take university examination, otherwise student can be barred from taking the examinations.
- Failed students will not be given admissions in any way.
- Admission will be given on the basis of the merit list.
- The admission of the student will be cancelled if it is found that the student has not behaved properly, has disturbed peace on the campus, presentation of fake certificate at the time of admission and in case of any act of indiscipline committed by the student.
- After the admission each student is required to register her name in the attendance register with each of her subject’s teachers. Only then can the examination form be filled. In case the name is not registered, the responsibility of any damage accrued to the student will rest with the student only.
- It is mandatory to get identity card by the month of September.
- It is the responsibility of the student to submit her duly filled university examination form in the correct subjects to the office within the dates of submission of the form. They are also required to affix stamp on the format provided in the application form and submit the same in the office.
- Fees submitted once will not be returned. Fees submitted by check/draft/money order will not be accepted. Concession in the fee will be done according to the rules of the department.
- The fees submitted for the various subjects will not be returned in case of subject change. But the fees of the changed subject will have to be submitted.
- Extra fees will be charged from the student for the evening classes in the subjects of Geography, Music, Drawing and Painting, Education and History.
- Concession in fee due to reservation will only be given on the presentation of salary certificate attested by the tehsildar and attached scholarship application form.
- It is compulsory for the student to take part on the occasion of festivals like Independence Day, Republic day and Gandhi Jyanti. Breaking this rule will invite disciplinary action.
- Choice of subjects rests on the student.
